Shwetha was wondering what the people in the office must be thinking of her as she is the only woman who smokes and gets weird glances at times. She was discussing the new project with Rohit who just cut in the topic .."Can we please stop talking about that damn job"..

Shwetha felt bad because it was her second day at work and she didnt really expect someone to be so rude other than her boy friend Srujan. Srujan OMG!! My phone...Shwetha just rushed into the office to her desk interrupted by her boss Sanjay Sharma.

Sanjay is a 50 year old man with 20 years of corporate experience. He was known for his shrewd and nosey behaviour with the employees. "Here's your phone. Don't you know that you should keep your phone on silent during office hours. Take this as a warning, I'm not going to tolerate all this. Ask your boy friend not to call you during office hours".

Startled Shwetha walked away with the phone and checked the received calls it was a new number. She dialed the number back. It was Srujan.

"Hello, I thought you went to office"
"Ofcourse I'm in the office Srujan"
" Shut up, I call you and some one answers your phone and it takes 20 mins for you to call me back and you want me to beleive that you are in office".
" If I am not in office how will I call you back now??"
" You called me back because this is a new number and you thought it was a fan of yours..don't tell me stories Shwetha"
"Go to hell Srujan"!!

Shwetha was confused as to why she is still in a relation with someone like Srujan who doesnt even trust her a bit. Is being beautiful her mistake? Rohith and other were back from the break. Shwetha hid her tears and returned back to work.

Rohith is a 19 year old lad who has just passed out of college and is working for fun. He is the only son of his parents and is most pampered which led to reckless behaviour. His ambition is life is to buy a economic car and remodel it like a sports car. He spends lavishly on trendy clothing and accessories and spends his weekends pub-hopping. You can hear him saying " Life is to enjoy mama, just chill..girls come and go like trendy cell phones". Rohith could grab the job in Ekno technologies just because of his father who is a very good friend of Sanjay.

Anusha called Rohith to her desk to discuss on year end review and project work details of that month. He was known to be afraid of just her .Rohith reports to Anusha Raghavendran.

Anusha struggled a lot in life to be where she is today. She hails from a middle class family in travancore in Kerala. Her mother passes away when she was 3 and her father was everything to her until he met with an accident one day which took away his life.

Anusha is a strong woman and the pillar of Eknotec. She is moderately built with dusky complexion and short hair. She is 34 years old and was recently married to Raghavendran nair who was her classmate in her college. Their love story is unique.

Raghavendran was the back bencher while Anusha was a studious girl and class topper. The moment she thinks about her personally life she used to lose it all. She used to lose all the marks and sometimes never even used to attend the exams. No one could really understand her. They thought something is really wrong with her. She never made friends and always stayed away from people. Raghavendran on the other hand is considered a play boy and very famous among girls. He is 6'1, well built and always mistaken to be a north indian. Raghu knew that Anusha is also a malayali like him but never dared to talk to her because of the way she portrays herself.
Infact no guy in the college would dare to talk to her.
It was during their final semester that Anu failed to attend an exam and Raghu was wondering why couldnt she make up to college. His seat was just next to hers in the exam hall and it was empty. He decided to go talk to her come what may.
With the help of Arun's girl friend Gayatri, Raghu sneaked into Anu's Hostel room. During all this, Raghu was still wondering why on the hell is he doing all this for someone he doesnt even talk to.

He knocked Anu's room door and it was not locked. He walked in and saw a bed. 2 briefcases and a pair of sandals and running shoes in her room. Walls were empty, there was no fan or TV or anything else. He went near her bed. There was a book lying there. When he opened it he saw " Nothing in life is permanent but education" marked in red.
He wondered where this girl might have gone at 8 in the night and just walked off as Gayatri was pestering him to get out soon before the warden finds him in girl's block. Raghu walked out with confused mind as to take back what he saw in Anu's room or just forget it.

Next morning he woke up at 4. Walked out of his room he kept walking walking and reached the pond. He saw Anu there. He smiled at her and asked about her exam. To his surprise she wasn't arrogant or proud. She infact has the most beautiful smile and her eyes are small yet very expressive. She started talking. This is the first time he is looking at her so close, Damn she is gorgeous he thought.
" I was not in a mood to attend the exam yesterday, donno felt like being very close to nature"
"Do you mean you are here since yesterday"??
Anu laughed heartfully. He felt gifted with a million dollars to see her like that.
" No, I came here just an hour back. I was in the garden last evening and went back to my room, but couldnt sleep so came here. What are you doing here at this time" ??
"I couldn't sleep either. I mean I was searching for you"
" Oh shut up Raghu don't you flirt with me, she giggled". They both walked back to respective rooms.

Raghu had several girl friends but he never felt the way he felt with Anusha. Those 30 mins felt like the most beautiful part of his life. Raghu and Anu started to take breaks together and Anu was seen smiling more often and reguar to college. Raghu was seen just with one gal.

It was one night when Raghu really missed Anu and couldn't stop but go to her hostel room. He knocked the door slowly. Anu was surprised as no one comes to visit her, she opened the door and it was him! He said I'm sorry but I donno I felt like meeting you. Anu was speechless and couldn't say no or shout but just invite him. She gave him some coffee and they both sat on her bed. Her bed was pretty small and Anu never sat so close to someone before that too alone in a room. She felt weird but nice.
" Raghu, I was with you till the evening and you miss me in the night. Are you okay??"
"I guess I am not. Anyway, tell me do you really think that nothing except education is permanent in life"??
"Hmmm..yes"
"Are you sure??"
"I guess"
"Promise, look into my eyes and tell me don't you think you need anything else in life"??
" Anu looked into Raghu's eyes the feeling can't be described. She stretched out her hand to promise on his hand. His hand was cold as he just came from outside. The weather outside is really breezy. She promised looking into his eyes. Raghu, when I thought education is important in life I had nothing but books in my life...now I cant answer this question"
" I can answer, you are most important to me Anu", he held her hand and kissed her on the forehead. Anu was really happy, She read stories in the books about love but never thought that it happens to her. She rested her head on his shoulder and looked into his eyes. Dont know how it happened but the next moment they started kissing each other. So passionately that told how much they wanted to be with one another. It all felt like a dream.
Anu sent Raghu with a heavy heart and they used to wait for every morning to meet one another in the college. Life went on and they graduated one day. Raghu went to Australia for his Masters and Anu took over some job in an accounting firm.

4 years later Raghu came back and went to meet Anu. Anu changed a lot now. She is no longer skinny and her dressing has changed completely. He was shocked to see her. She is stunning. He hugged and they decided to meet at " Averon lounge" by the beach for dinner.

Raghu dressed up in a white shirt and Black trousers . His looks would attract any woman. On the other hand Anu was looking like a porcelain doll in her red halter dress. Everyone's eyes were on them.
Anu playfully asked, " So what did you get for me from Sydney"??
"Main hoon na" , Raghu answered.
" Oh who wants you"
"Are you sure??Promise"
Anu remembered the hostel moments.
"Anu, can we go on a walk on the beach??"
"Oh Sure"
They spoke all the stories and funny things of their life. Raghu held her hand and kissed it.
" Will you come with me??"
"Ofcourse baby"
He carried her in his arms and started walking.
" Hey raghu, am I not heavy"??
"Anu, Look into my eyes"
"Will you marry me??"
"Yessssssssss!! Ofcourse"
He kissed her and they both spent the rest of the night by the beach. They got married a month later and it was a pvt affair.
Anu and Raghu are married for 5 years and decided not to have kids. It has been 7 months that Anu joined Eknotec.
