I love what workout does to my body and my mind. I was pissed off the whole time, last week for no apparent reason.
I started working out yesterday. Thankfully, there's a gym in my apartment. Though, I didn't like to start working out all-over again, I decided that it's high time that I should begin the exercise regime.
It is a pleasant day here today. I have to walk down to the gym from my room and it takes about 10 mins. It is a real big apartment. Well, coming to the point, I started off with the treadmill, I HATED IT. It felt so monotonous and energy draining. I then climbed on to the elliptical machine, stepping machine and ended it with the last workout on the stationary bike. There's one weird thing about my body or my system. I am allergic to my own sweat. So, whenever I workout, I develop rashes due to sweat.
After a nice face wash, I decided to leave the gym. I had some old Illayaraja music playing on my i-pod. My i-pod's become so outdated now :(..Then I switched on to some good songs, Adada mazhai da from Paiya..as I walked out, I felt like it was heaven. I could feel the fresh air brushing through my skin. LOVED IT!
Then all the tiredness disappeared in a jiffy! I began walking flipping through some nice videos. Here's the list.

I kept walking and walking, till my toes became sore. I still wanted to walk, but I wanted to save energy for tomorrow :)...I totally love the feeling and the energy I get after a workout. I sooooo love what workout does to my mind and body!
